Restoration of building heritage

One of the main lines of DICSA and his companies associated is focused to the intervention of buildings and historical surroundings, having commissions of special importance by the Dirección Xeral Patrimonio of the Xunta of Galicia.

DICSA has a multidiscipinar team of architects, curators and technical leader to realise a respectful architectural restoration with the original and preserving the historical being of the building. DICSA design his interventions according of the called "analogic restoration", teorizrd by Antón Capitel, in which the necessary reconstructions and the extensions are inspired in the historical model creating new forms that connect with the original as much formal as in aconceptual way. Always making the difference between original from the addition.

We would like to hightlight some studied cases as the restoration of the rectory house in Pazos de Arenteiro, the lordly Pazo de la Buzaca in Moraña, the improvement and conditioning of the Foundation Camilo José Cela building (Iria Flavia) and the improvement and restoration of Casa Grande de Lusío (Samos) for inn and museum.
