In 1.978 constitute formally our society DICSA, company devoted to the decoration, restoration and building.

However this fact could consider like the start of a new stage already, that to comprise the true origin of our activities, it would be necessary to trace back to 1.928, year in that is born "J. RAMÍREZ CASALDERREY Workshop of carpentry" That get together a bunch of excellent artisans in the transformation and application of the wood.

In 1.961 and under the direction of J. Ramírez Piñeiro expands his field of performance inside the constructive sector, what demands a main mechanisation and the application of new technologies, to attend to this sector increasingly diversificado and sofisticado. The consolidación like company of integral service for the building, is already a fact.

With the aim to create a new and more dynamic organisation acomete a deep restructuring of DICSA that gives place to the creation of the Group J.R.Or. In him each one of the strategic lines of business develop through companies highly skilled, what allows to provide a more agile answer and effective.

The activity of Decoration and Reforms of banking offices happen to be developed by DICSA Madrid, S.L. , the Promotion Real estate by Planin, remaining the Building and Restoration to charge of DICSA.

Like this our company, without losing this tradition artesanal that follows us characterising for contributing original and only solutions for each problem, desdobla in three big specialities to give answer, with profesionalidad and efficiency to each type of work and until the last detail.
